đ Exchange Policy (Within Bangladesh)
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, Akij Plus offers a limited exchange facility under the following conditions:
â Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange requests must be made within 7-10 days of receiving the product.
The product must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

In original condition

With all original tags and packaging intact

Accompanied by the original invoice
Please return the product in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging or box. If delivered in Akij Plus packaging, kindly use the same box. Do not tape or place stickers directly on the original packaging.
If your returned item does not meet these requirements, your request may be rejected.
đ Exchange Conditions

Exchange is allowed only for size or product issues

The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value

If the new product price is higher, the price difference must be paid

The refunded amount will be returned through the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

After two failed delivery attempts, the item will be marked as scrap and no refund will be provided
